Domestic Exchange Policy:

  • All accepted items are eligible for an exchange 30 days from the delivery date as inventory permits
  • Inventory is not held for exchanges. It is on a first come first serve basis. 
  • We suggest you repurchase items from the website to ensure that you are getting your desired item. (If you choose to use this route, we will refund the exchanged item(s) back to the eligible form of payment.

Shipping: When exchanging for another size, the shipping cost to send the item(s) back to us will be the responsibility of the customer, not World Fitness Project. Please refer to our product sizing under each product. 

International Exchanges 

Currently International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please use the chat feature on our website to to initiate an international return. 

What items are non-refundable? 

 The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted/final sale items (if applicable)

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty or incorrect, reach out to us using the chat feature on our website within 7 days of the delivered date with photos and proof of the defect or problem. Anything after 7 days will not be eligible. 

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 10 working days after approval. If rejected, you will be eligible for store credit from our customer experience team.
